There are no dentists in the small villages and remote communities.

THE KUSISQA STICKER: Support local guides, arrieros and villagers of all ages to collect existing rubbish along the caminos and the outskirts of their comunidades. Through the Kusisqa Reward System when delivering to the local schools the marked bags filled with trekking rubbish, they will earn points to support much needed local education and basic medical programs.
INDUSTRY COALITION AND STANDARD CERTIFICATION. It is in the best interest of those providing good services to preserve their product and resources.
COMMUNITY TRUST: In place of giving charity handouts when passing by local communities you will be able to donate thought your tour operator to a charity trust foundation. Funds will be distribute in the communities you visit with medical and educational programs identified with local community leaders and members.
